Event Description: The BBCC monthly meeting is or those who need help with software, hardware, internet, new tech items and smart phones. You will find people who know and those who want to know. Bring your questions and you will find answers in our Q & A session. You will have an opportunity to meet members and visitors during our mixer/snack break. See you there! At the March 7, 2013 club meeting, we will spend some time looking at Windows 8. I think that is worthwhile since it was officially released late last year. Some people have purchased new computers recently that have Windows 8 installed. I know there are questions about the new ‘Start’ page, how to find programs, files and folders, even the ‘Desktop’. Searching for programs and files is super easy and quick. You simply need to know how. It can take a couple of weeks to become accustomed to maneuvering around Windows 8 on your own.
