Event Description: Vinyasa Flow Yoga - Active: A vigorous demanding discipline of yoga which links breath, body and mind through a sequence of postures to build strength, fluidity and clarity. Variations of Sun Salutations will serve as a warm up and a wide variety of poses are explored. Best if you are already physically active and are comfortable with basic yoga poses. Yoga class fee is $12.00 per class unless otherwise noted. Prepay $60 for 5 classes. Expires 9/15/12. Gift Certificates available! Cash please.
