Event Description: Held Labor Day Weekend September 1-2, 2012 Sat. 10-5 - Sun 10-4 at the Big Bear Middle School Admission $5, Children under 12 Free. This 2 day show is sponsored by Busy Bears Quilt Guild. All quilts in the show are made by our local guild members. A variety of quilting techniques are displayed on the quilts. Each year an Opportunity Quilt is raffled off at the end of the show. In addition to the vendors who have a variety of items for sale, there are 5 - 7 baskets (each filled to the brim with goodies) which will be raffled off and a Boutique with many, many handmade items available for purchase. Show revenues help to support many community groups including Doves, Meals on Wheels, Friends of Moonridge Zoo, Big Bear Strings, SNF Unit - Big Bear Hospital, Mom & Dad Project, Food Pantry - United Methodist Church, Wounded Warriors.
